do you color over with colored pincil or use marker for all of it?

In this one I don't think there's any colored pencil. All marker! Except the background which is watercolor

so you do marker over marker? wouldnt it make it bleed? or is it cause of the markers you use? i SO need those....

The biggest thing that helps with the bleeding is the paper I use, Bristol paper, it's thicker than normal printer paper and almost card like! Coloring with the markers on normal printer paper, it would bleed a bit and the paper would suck up the ink. That's no good cuz that shits expensive! But Bristol is awesome, you can also buy special marker paper pads for more money of course o.o
